1. 服务提供者与接受条款
Yong 由 COSOUS PTY LTD 提供并运营（下称“我们”）。本条款适用于 Yong App 及相关网站。使用前请阅读本条款和隐私政策。如不同意本条款，请停止使用；未成年人应由监护人协助阅读、使用和购买。
2. 服务内容
Yong 提供离线词典、MDX 词典导入、翻译、语音、汉字学习、阅读和个人词汇管理等功能。词典释义、机器翻译、语音及第三方在线词典结果仅供学习参考，可能存在遗漏或错误，不构成专业、法律、医疗或其他建议。功能可能随版本调整。
3. 购买、恢复与退款
部分功能通过 App Store 一次性购买解锁，不是自动续费订阅。金额、税费、解锁范围与可用性以购买时的 App 内和 App Store 展示为准。付款、交易验证及退款由 Apple 按其规则处理；退款申请可通过 Apple 的问题报告页面提交。你可在 App 中恢复符合条件的购买。购买不会转移第三方词典的版权，也不代表所有外部资源永久可用。适用法律赋予的退款和消费者权利不受影响。
4. 用户内容与词典文件
你保留对自己导入、创建或保存内容的权利，并负责确保拥有使用这些内容的权利。仅导入你有权使用的词典或文件。不得利用 Yong 侵犯他人权利、违反法律、破坏服务或干扰他人使用。导入内容可在设备上管理和删除。
5. 知识产权与第三方服务
Yong 软件及界面受适用知识产权法律保护。内置词典、字体和其他素材可能分别受各自许可约束，详情见 App 内许可声明。Apple 和在线词典等第三方服务由各自提供者负责，并适用其条款。
6. 可用性与责任
我们会合理维护 App，但不保证服务始终不中断、无错误或适用于特定目的。在适用法律允许范围内，Yong 按“现状”提供；本条款不排除法律规定不得排除的消费者权利或责任。
7. 更新、服务变更与终止
你可随时停止使用并删除 App。我们可能提供更新、修复或调整功能；重大不利变更将在合理可行时提前通知，并遵守对已购功能和消费者权利的法律义务。若确需更新条款，我们会公布新日期，并在法律要求时取得同意。严重违法或滥用行为可能导致相关在线服务被限制；这不授权我们远程删除你的本地学习内容。
8. 数据与备份
个人内容的存储、可选 iCloud 同步、权限和删除方式见隐私政策。请妥善保管自己的设备和 Apple 账户，并为重要内容保留备份。同步、格式转换或文件导入可能因网络、文件损坏或系统限制而失败；我们无法恢复未向我们提供的本地内容。
9. 许可与适用法律
通过 App Store 获得的 App，其使用许可受适用的 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议及 App Store 使用规则约束；本条款补充说明 Yong 功能与服务的使用。开源组件和内容许可保留各自权利。本条款不限制你所在地适用的强制性消费者保护、争议解决或其他法定权利。

Terms of Service

1. Provider and agreement
Yong is provided and operated by COSOUS PTY LTD (“we”). These terms apply to the app and related website. Read these terms and our Privacy Policy before use. If you do not agree, stop using the service. A parent or guardian should help minors review these terms, use the app, and make purchases.
2. The service
Yong provides offline dictionaries, MDX dictionary import, translation, speech, character learning, reading, and personal vocabulary tools. Dictionary entries, machine translations, speech, and third-party online dictionary results are for learning and reference only; they may contain errors or omissions and are not professional, legal, medical, or other advice. Features may change between versions.
3. Purchases, restores, and refunds
Some features are unlocked through a one-time App Store purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Price, taxes, unlocked features, and availability are as shown in the app and App Store at purchase. Apple handles payments, transaction verification, and refunds under its rules; you can request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem page. You can restore eligible purchases in the app. A purchase does not transfer copyright in third-party dictionaries or guarantee permanent availability of every external resource. Statutory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. User content and dictionary files
You retain rights to content you import, create, or save, and are responsible for having permission to use it. Only import dictionaries or files you are authorised to use. Do not use Yong to violate rights or laws, disrupt the service, or interfere with others. Imported content can be managed and deleted on your device.
5. Intellectual property and third parties
Yong software and interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Built-in dictionaries, fonts, and other materials may have separate licences; see the app’s licence notices. Apple and third-party services such as online dictionaries are provided by their respective operators and subject to their terms.
6. Availability and liability
We will take reasonable steps to maintain the app, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yong is provided “as is”. These terms do not exclude consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Updates, changes, and ending use
You can stop using and delete the app at any time. We may update, fix, or adjust features. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of materially adverse changes and comply with legal obligations concerning purchased features and consumer rights. Revised terms will show a new date, and we will obtain consent where legally required. Serious unlawful activity or abuse may lead to restrictions on related online services; this does not authorise us to remotely delete your local learning content.
8. Data and backups
Our Privacy Policy describes local storage, optional iCloud sync, permissions, and deletion. Keep your device and Apple Account secure and back up important content. Sync, format conversion, or file import may fail because of connectivity, damaged files, or system limits. We cannot restore local content that has not been provided to us.
9. Licence and applicable law
The licence for an app obtained through the App Store is governed by the applicable Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement and App Store usage rules. These terms supplement that licence for Yong features and services. Open-source and content licences retain their respective rights. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections, dispute-resolution rights, or other statutory rights applicable where you live.
