1. 适用范围与本地数据
本政策说明 Yong App 和本网站如何处理信息。Yong 由 COSOUS PTY LTD 提供并运营（下称“我们”）。词典查询、收藏、生词本、阅读进度、笔记、翻译历史、导入文件和设置默认保存在设备本地。无需注册 Yong 账号；我们不会自动接收这些本地学习内容。
2. iCloud 同步
你可在设置中主动开启 iCloud 同步。开启后，生词本、收藏、查词次数与历史，以及导入的 MDX/MDD/CSS 词典文件和配套资源，会通过 Apple iCloud Drive 在使用同一 Apple 账户的设备间同步。Apple 按其服务条款和隐私政策处理数据。关闭同步会停止后续同步；已存入 iCloud 的内容可由你通过 Apple 管理或删除。
3. 系统功能与第三方服务
翻译使用 Apple Translation；语音合成、语音识别和照片文字识别使用 Apple 系统框架。数据处理方式及语言资源下载行为取决于 Apple 的系统功能与设置。打开在线词典链接时，查询会发送给所选第三方网站并依其政策处理。Yong 不运营这些服务。
4. 权限与照片
语音输入需要麦克风和语音识别权限。图片文字识别由你通过系统照片选择器选图，再由 Apple Vision 在设备上处理；此功能不会上传整张照片。你可以在 iOS 设置中撤回权限。
5. 购买、诊断与保留
一次性解锁由 Apple App Store 的 StoreKit 处理；Yong 不接收或保存支付卡信息。App 可在设备上记录用于排查阅读或翻译问题的诊断信息。Yong 不投放广告，不使用第三方行为分析追踪你的学习活动；你可选择通过 App 的诊断导出功能自行分享日志。卸载会移除本机 App 数据；iCloud 副本由你的 Apple 账户管理。
6. 下载内容与外部资源
下载语音包或公共词库时，App 会通过 Apple CloudKit 获取所选资源；下载后的离线语音在设备上生成。下载服务可能处理 IP 地址等连接信息。语音识别通过 Apple Speech 执行，可能需要向 Apple 发送音频；是否在设备上处理取决于语言、设备和系统能力，Yong 不保证所有语音识别均离线。打开在线词典或加载词典中的远程图片时，对方可能收到查询文字、IP 地址及请求信息；仅查阅本地词条不会将整本导入词典上传给我们。
7. 诊断、支持与网站
诊断日志在设备本地保存，可能包含 App 与系统版本、错误信息和处理上下文。仅当你主动导出并发送时，我们才会收到你提交的副本；发送前请检查其中是否有个人内容。联系支持时，我们会处理你的邮箱和消息，以回复问题。本网站在浏览器本地保存语言偏好，不使用广告追踪或第三方行为分析；网站托管服务为交付页面和安全运行可能处理 IP 地址及请求日志。
8. 保留、删除与选择
你可以在 App 内删除历史、收藏、生词本和导入内容，或导出可备份的数据。关闭 iCloud 同步只停止后续同步，不会自动删除云端副本。删除 App 会移除本机 App 数据，但不一定移除系统备份、已导出文件或 iCloud 副本；这些副本可通过相应存储位置或 Apple 账户管理。支持邮件仅在处理请求和必要后续事项所需期间保留，法律另有要求的除外。
9. 数据安全与权利
我们采取合理措施保护收到的信息；任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。Apple 服务的存储地点和跨境处理由 Apple 的政策与设置决定。依适用法律，你可以请求访问、更正或删除我们持有的信息，或提出其他隐私请求。仅存于你设备上的数据应优先通过 App 管理；我们无法从服务器检索这些本地内容。
10. 未成年人、更新与联系
未成年人应在监护人指导下使用 App 并进行购买。我们不以儿童为目标主动收集个人信息；若你认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们处理。政策发生实质变化时，我们会更新本页日期，并在适当情况下提供进一步通知。隐私与支持联系：support@cosous.app。Apple 服务另适用其隐私政策。

Privacy Policy
Effective date: 6 November 2026
1. Scope and local data
This policy explains how Yong and this website handle information. Yong is provided and operated by COSOUS PTY LTD (“we”). Searches, saved words, vocabulary lists, reading progress, notes, translation history, imported files, and preferences are stored on your device by default. No Yong account is required, and we do not automatically receive this local learning content.
2. iCloud sync
You can enable iCloud sync in Settings. When enabled, vocabulary lists, saved words, lookup counts and history, plus imported MDX/MDD/CSS dictionary files and companion resources, sync between devices using the same Apple Account through Apple iCloud Drive. Apple handles this data under its terms and privacy policy. Turning sync off stops future syncing; you can manage or delete existing iCloud content through Apple.
3. System features and third parties
Translation uses Apple Translation. Speech synthesis, speech recognition, and photo text recognition use Apple system frameworks. Data handling and language-resource downloads depend on Apple features and settings. If you open an online dictionary link, your query is sent to that third-party site and handled under its policy. Yong does not operate these services.
4. Permissions and photos
Dictation requires microphone and speech-recognition permission. For image text recognition, you select an image using the system photo picker and Apple Vision processes it on device; this feature does not upload the full photo. You can revoke permissions in iOS Settings.
5. Purchases, diagnostics, and retention
The one-time unlock is processed by the Apple App Store using StoreKit; Yong does not receive or store payment-card details. The app may keep on-device diagnostics to investigate reading or translation issues. Yong has no advertising and does not use third-party behavioural analytics to track your learning activity. You may choose to share a diagnostic export from the app. Uninstalling removes local app data; iCloud copies are managed through your Apple Account.
6. Downloads and external resources
Voice packages and public word lists are downloaded through Apple CloudKit. Once installed, offline voice packages generate speech on your device. Download services may process connection details such as your IP address. Dictation uses Apple Speech and may send audio to Apple; on-device availability depends on the language, device, and system. Not all speech recognition is guaranteed to work offline. Opening online dictionaries or loading remote images in dictionary entries may disclose queries, IP addresses, and request details to those providers. Local lookups do not upload entire imported dictionaries to us.
7. Diagnostics, support, and this website
Diagnostic logs remain on your device and may contain app and system versions, errors, and processing context. We receive a copy only if you export and send it; review logs for personal content before sharing. If you contact support, we process your email address and message to respond. This website stores your language preference locally in your browser and uses no advertising tracking or third-party behavioural analytics. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website.
8. Retention, deletion, and choices
You can delete history, saved words, lists, and imported content in the app, or export data supported by its backup features. Turning iCloud sync off stops future syncing but does not automatically delete cloud copies. Deleting the app removes local app data but may leave system backups, exported files, or iCloud copies, which you can manage at their storage location or through your Apple Account. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle your request and necessary follow-up, unless law requires otherwise.
9. Security and your rights
We take reasonable steps to protect information we receive, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Apple’s policies and settings govern storage locations and cross-border processing for its services. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, or exercise other privacy rights. Manage data held only on your device through the app; we cannot retrieve that local content from a server.
10. Minors, updates, and contact
Minors should use the app and make purchases with a parent or guardian’s guidance. We do not intentionally target children for personal-data collection. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us personal information. Material changes will update the date on this page, with further notice where appropriate.
